POLSON — Old age is having a choice of two temptations and choosing the one that will get you home earlier.
The veterans’ aid representative will be here on July 21 from 10 a.m. - noon. Commodities will arrive on the same day.
Thanks go to Carlos who brings us leftover vegetables from the Farmer’s Market that are donated by Plough Share Farms out of Moise. Thank you Kale and Nicole Nittinger.
Our lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, July 16: meatloaf, baked potatoes, green beans
— Friday, July 17: ham and cheese sandwich
— Monday, July 20: beef and barley soup, egg salad sandwich
— Tuesday, July 21: hamburger steak, noodles
— Wednesday, July 22: taco salad, sour cream, salsa
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m. to noon.
