Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases July 1-31:
Nico N. Reid, 23, was arrested by a St. Ignatius Police Officer and cited for criminal possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), partner or family member assault causing bodily injury to partner or family member, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. His case was transferred to Lake County District Court.
Debra Ingram, 60, pleaded guilty to three counts: driving while license is suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without liability insurance, and a local speed violation. The court found her guilty and Ingram was charged $250 for driving without a license, $250 for driving without insurance, and $75 for speeding, plus a total of $70 in court costs.
James H. Vernon, 66, forfeited a $100 bond for speeding.
The following people forfeited $75 bonds for speeding: Patrick V. Curry, 37; Russell Wade Plevel, 24; Leslie R. Martin, 52; Laura B. Hunt, 36; Nancy P. Davidson, 78; Christopher Dean Scott, 22; Adrian Court, 39; Megan N. Lake, 21; Nelson Jose Diaz, 48; Monty Wade Perryman, 52; Xavier Paul Old Chief, 37; Larry Mark Warren, 54; Chong C. Hong, 69; Bethany Ann Manuel, 25; Danette Marie Cross, 56; Kenneth Eric Meyer, 41, who also forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration.
The following people forfeited $50 bonds for speeding: Donald M. Jinks, 69; Makayla F. Crist, 19; Jeffrey S. Erickson, 50; Susan K. Wyda, 51; Olivia G.
