POLSON — What disease did cured ham actually have?
A good cure for the winter doldrums is:
— Senior bowling resumes Tuesday, Sept. 15. The cost remains $9.
— There will be no bingo on Friday, Sept. 11.
— The veterans’ aide will be here Sept. 15 from 10 a.m.–noon.— Commodities will be here on Sept. 15. Pick them up after 1 p.m.
Our lunch menu for the coming week will be:
— Thursday, Sept. 10: hamburger steak, noodles and gravy
— Friday, Sept.11: chicken enchiladas, salsa and sour cream, baked beans
— Monday, Sept. 14: potato soup, ham sandwich
— Tuesday, Sept. 15: cheeseburger, potato wedges
— Wednesday, Sept.16: turkey slices, whipped potatoes
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
