Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 4-10:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Charles Francis Kirby, 59, fined $55; Mackenzie Shay Cyr, 19, fined $20; Drake Spicer, 19, fined $85; Richard Lee Walton, 75, fined $85; Cory Tyler Caldwell, 21, fined $20; Daniel Thomas Childers, 31, fined $20; John Ronald Boone, 66, fined $20; Taylor Veronica Crosswhite, 20, fined $20.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Charles Jerome Gilson Jr., 56; Matthew Aron McDaniel, 19; Sara Ann Klinge, 28; Tamara Lynn White, 50; Brandon Val Simmons, 28; Roger Evan Clairmont, 46.
Dudley David Blake, 59, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Denise Frances Cardin, 21, forfeited a $248 bond and $35 in court costs for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.
Donald K. Whitten III, 31, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Tyra Ruckerhuitt, 17, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $150 and $35 in court costs.
Melissa Jean Jackson, 31, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third offense. She was fined $500 and $35 in court costs. Jackson also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20.
Sarah Elizabeth Lucero, 22, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
