Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 11-17:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Cristal Jessica Hamilton, 32, fined $55; Kenneth Alan Johnson, 26, fined $95; Anna Chere Bird, 22, fined $95; Daniel Todd Bungay, 40, fined $20; Mary Bunger Kelley, 77, fined $95; Jessica Lynn Rubel, 21, fined $55.
Thierry Bonnetain, 53, forfeited a $50 bond for changing lanes when unsafe to do so.
Richard James David Peterson, 31, pleaded not guilty driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $500 and $35 in court costs with $400 suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of parking in prohibited spaces and were fined $50 and $35 in court costs: Samuel Dean Allred, 32; Adam V. Pfiffner, 39; Elisabeth Blake Nicolazzo, 43;
Chester Kay Christianson, 70, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.
Andrew Easton Jacobson, 32, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for following too closely, reasonable and prudent.
Krystal N. Koldeway, 32, pleaded guilty to throwing match/cigarette/flame on roadway. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
Brandi Lynn Joseph, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Karin Lezlie Rundquist, 61, pleaded guilty to report death, escape, release, transfer of custody. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
Valerie Bartell, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Christy Ann Fryberger, 42, forfeited a $350 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense.
Arian Will Kehoe, 18, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1000. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs. Kehoe also pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Mateel W. Muth, 18; Roxsanna Ryan, 59; Carl Raymond Livingston Jr., 49; Corey J. Corcoran, 26; Bridger Reed Fitzpatrick, 18; Carlos S. Espinoza, 67; Myles Richard Metzger, 22;
Kwynn Edward Ragen, 20, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense.
Jerry Lynn Walton, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for displaying fictitious, altered, etc., license plates.
