ST. IGNATIUS — Burgess S. Blevins of Westover, Maryland, and most recently St. Ignatius, Montana, died suddenly on Sunday, Sept. 27, on the farm where he was raised and where he hunted until his final day. Born Jan. 30, 1942, Burgess passes at the age of 73, having graduated from the Maryland Institute of Art and then moving on to become a world-class professional photographer and renowned bow hunter.
Burgess was blessed with two sons and a daughter and three grandsons that gave him extreme pride. He was also blessed with two brothers and a sister and a family that loved him deeply and also with Kathy, a life-long partner with dreams of a continued life of love in Montana with their two dogs Flag and Koda at their sides.
Burgess is on his journey to stardust. He is greatly missed by us all.
