RONAN — We would like to thank Loletta Cisney for her 30-plus years as our historian. She has done a great job of keeping records and scrapbooks about the lives and happening of our seniors and our center. Her retirement leaves us needing a new historian. If you’re a history buff and interested in being our historian, give me a call.
We are also in need of someone to write this column. Give me a call if you would be willing to write it.
All our meals are open to the public and for any age.
Noon meals menu:
— Friday, Jan. 29: Mission Valley Senior Center board meeting at 10 a.m.; birthday dinner - roast beef; bingo at 1 p.m.
— Monday, Feb. 1: barbecue chicken; Bridge Club: 1-4 p.m.
— Wednesday, Feb. 3: hamburger gravy and mashed potatoes; crafts at 1 p.m.
— Friday, Feb. 5: brunch; bingo at 1 p.m.
Tax assistance begins in February; no dates yet.
