Justice of the Peace Randal Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 22-28:
Dennis Patrick Mcevoy, 64, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of any drug, first offense, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Justin Daniel Huntington, 23, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
Christopher A. Cran, 45, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Kodi Ryan Cunnington, 30, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, a misdemeanor.
John Thomas Davis, 69, forfeited a $100 bond plus $35 in court costs for filing to follow conditions and requirements of a special permit, a misdemeanor.
Michelle M. Conrad, 45, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to yield to a vehicle making a left turn.
• The following people forfeited a bond for speeding plus $35 in court costs: Samantha Ann Landis, 25, $50; Thor Olaf Sichveland, 51, $70; Donald Dale Collins, 59, $50; John Michael Kostov, 25, $20 (no court costs assessed).
