Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Feb. 5-11:
Ian Issaia McRyhew, 38, pleaded not guilty for driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.
Joseph Daniel Parham, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Tatiana A. Cienfuegos, 29; Kenneth Steven Killorn.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: William Neal Miller, 68, fined $85; Dylan Delos Robbins, 26, fined $20.
Anthony Carl Pike, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, highway ahead obstructed.
Diane Renee Boykin, 60, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Boykin also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
Vance Robert Fitchett, 22, forfeited a $75 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit. Fitchett also forfeited a $100 fines and $35 in court costs for operating in excess of gross vehicle weight license.
Jonathan Michael Linderman, 42, forfeited a $125 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.
