Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases Feb. 1- March 2:
Tyler Michael Wheeler, 23, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Wheeler also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $400, $35 in court costs and sentenced 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended. Wheeler pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty and fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.
Jacob Lee Bausche, 31, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Lee also forfeited a $250 fine and $85 in court costs for criminal contempt.
Howard Cary Roberts, 53, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making left turn. This case was dismissed and he was charged a $35 court fee.
Joseph Marchi, 45, pleaded not guilty to sexual assault. The charges were dismissed and he was charged $100.
Angelica Mariah Campos, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty to and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Daniel Olin Rosa, 31, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. This case was dismissed. Rosa also pleaded guilty to theft, obtaining control over stolen property, first offense. The case was dismissed.
Erin Isabel McDonald, 25, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. McDonald also pleaded guilty to vehicles to stop at stop signs offense.
Richard Dean Jackson, 33, pleaded not guilt to vehicle to stop at stop signs offense. The case was dismissed.
Kylie Marie Reum, 36, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Jeremy Flowers Bluemel, 39, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance offense, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentence to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
Rocky Cote, 32, forfeited an $85 fine for obedience to speed limit offense.
Connor Jefferson Klink, 22, forfeited an $85 fine for obedience to speed limit offense.
David Michael Plant, 23, pleaded guilty to vehicles to stop at stop signs offense. He was fined $100.
Donna Richardson Houle, 47, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. She was fined $50.
Shannon Dawn Hale, 30, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle offense, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
Robin Lee Billings, 23, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. She was fined $50.
Dallas Ryan Cordier, 24, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration offense, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Caleb Lee Dotson, 23, pleaded guilty to failing to have 2 headlamps properly operating on motor vehicle offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.
Gordon Eric Hendrickson, 49, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. The case was dismissed.
Nathan Richard Robison, 37, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 court costs for stoplight projecting glaring light offense.
Jacob Ezra Barrow, 39, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limit offense.
Stephanie Ann Morton, 29, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limit offense.
Dylan Wayne Gainan, 19, pleaded guilty to vehicles to stop at stop signs offense. He was fined $50.
Allen Roy Pamin, 33, forfeited an $85 fine for obedience to speed limit offense.
Bryan W. Ferrell III, 18, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limit offense.
Debra Jayne Duerksen, 46, pleaded guilty to vehicles to stop at stop signs offense. He was fined $50.
Jamie Trac Buhr, 40, forfeited an $85 fine for obedience to speed limits offense.
Michael A. Roberts, 59, forfeited an $80 bond for obedience to speed limit offense.
McKenzie Leigh Cates, 18, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits. She was fined $50.
Melanie Elaine Yost, 47, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limits offense.
Carston Lee Rhine, 18, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limit offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.
Dalena Flora Weaselhead, 24, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. The case was dismissed. Weaselhead also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect offense, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
Bonnie Mae Mueller, 71, forfeited an $85 fine for vehicles to stop at stop signs offense.
Carl Raymond Livingston Jr., 47, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $50. Livingston also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle offense, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
Andrew William Holmlund, 48, pleaded guilty to obedience to official traffic control devices offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.

John Joseph Vail, 67, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limits offense.
Alice Lynden Oechsli, 79, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. She was fined $50.
Dennis Joe Labonty, 67, forfeited an $85 bond for obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $85.
Marcy Rae Mccrea, 42, pleaded guilty to obedience to official traffic control devices offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.
Buachum McKinnon, 53, pleaded guilty to signals on slowing down, stopping or turning/turn signals offense. He was fined $50.
Mark Scott Mays, 48, pleaded guilty to failing to dim within 1000 feet of oncoming traffic offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.
Aidan Mark Reichman, 20, pleaded not guilty to failing to have vehicle equipped with 1 or 2 tail lamps as required offense. She was fined $35 in court costs.
David Gene Bell, 53, pleaded guilty to vehicles to stop at all stop signs offense. The court deferred imposition of sentence.
Scott William Johnson, 52, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $50.
Mark Stanley, 47, pleaded guilty of ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on right. The court dismissed the case. Stanley also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Two days in jail waived with a valid Montana or California drivers license. Stanley also pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Brooke Lynn Brayton, 18, forfeited an $85 fine for obedience to speed limit offense.
Wesley Russell Redekop, 26, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $85.
Megan Mcfall Benn, 34, forfeited an $85 bond for vehicles to stop at stop signs offense.
Joseph Edgar Sias, 56,pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $50.
Latham Ellis Blevins, 24, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits offense. He was fined $50.
Sarah Louise Miller, 29, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration offense, failure to reregister. She was fined $15 and $35 in court costs. Miller also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. She was fined $500, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Miller also pleaded guilty to stop sign violation and was fined $35 in court costs.
