Mission Mountain Enterprises would like to take the opportunity to thank our dear friend Mr. Burt Cannon and the Pizza Cafe. Throughout the years Burt has been a strong supporter of our people and program, he has employed a number of MME clients. Most recently he held a retirement party for his longtime employee, MME client Sandra Brickzin. Sandra has worked at the Pizza Cafe for the last 16 years and was the employee of the decade in 2010. Through her employment Sandra has found purpose, self-confidence, identity. Through the years, Sandra and Burt have formed a relationship that transcends your typical employee/employer relationship. The retirement party went well; it was thoughtful, caring and really showed the close relationship they share. Even though Sandra has moved on to the next chapter of her life, Burt will forever remain a true friend to Sandra Brickzin and Mission Mountain Enterprises. A very big thank you to Burt Cannon for supporting local community members.
