Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases March 3-10:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding:  TJ Webb, 20, fined $20; Bret David Lindsay, 55, fined $55; Nicholas Stone Paschen, 18, fined $95; Jacqueline Serrano, 33, fined $20; Karen Krantz Dellwo, 56, fined $70.

Sierra Lee Kneeland, 60, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

Teresa Ann Conn, 54, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Thomas J. Robinson Jr., 62, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $350 with $100 suspended with $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Karli Jean Gutman, 28, forfeited an $85 bond for basic rule violation, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Kathleen Maner Wolfe, 64, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Gregory Lee Howell, 58, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Howell also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making a left turn. 

Barbie Kathleen Hayes, 45, pleaded guilty to licensee, or employee, selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age 21. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and $35 in court costs. 

Janice Cotton Couture, 71, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Todd Gene Dull, 50, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 15-foot maximum overhand limit on log trucks (center rear axle to log end).
