Leigh William Clinton
ST. IGNATIUS — Leigh William Clinton, age 73, a resident of St. Ignatius, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, from complications with cancer.
Leigh was born In Detroit, Michigan, on Oct. 2, 1942, to parents, Bill and Vera Clinton. He leaves behind his wife, Beth Clinton and children, Bart Clinton, Matthew Bartlett, Connie Ruben and husband Peter, Thomas Clinton and wife Jana, Frank Clinton, Lisa Clinton Mobley and husband Don, son Matthew Clinton and daughter Merydethe Vandususen, along with multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all whom he loved.
Leigh has been one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 40 years and served in several congregations as an Elder, most recently at the St. Ignatius congregation. One of his great joys was to participate in the field ministry, sharing with others his deep faith in Jehovah God and his Kingdom as is taught in Holy Scriptures. Leigh was known for his deep love and compassion for those in the congregation.
A memorial service will be held at the St. Ignatius Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Saturday, April 2, at 2 p.m.
