Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases March11-24:

Scott Leroy Hopper, 55, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended.

Mateel M. Muth, 18, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Lakota Jay Matt, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Jennifer Michelle Fairchild, 37, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Lauren Roy Christopher, 67, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all 180 days suspended.

Natasha Nicole Dugo, 25, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. She was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Shandy Marie Lozeau, 37, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Lozeau also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $535 with $285 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Lozeau also pleaded not guilty to negligent endangerment, substantial risk, death/serious bodily injury. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $800 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Lozeau also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Dale George Keller, 53, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Travis Eric Swenson, 27, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Nikki Lynn Resh, 32, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. Resh also forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Keith Donald Paul, 32, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was fined $75. Paul also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $2000 with $1400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. Paul also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. 

Daniel James Brueckmann, 19, forfeited a $250 bond for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. Brueckman was also charged $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: James Nathan Gray, 41, fined $20; Molly Rose Graham, 20, fined $20; Robert Hale Jacobson, 58, fined $70; Karen Ronda Evans, 45, fined $55; Peter R. Venman, 20, fined $155; Joel Renae Larsen, 42, fined $55; Allen G. McLean, 76, fined $20;.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Me Bob Noble, 78; Steven Guy Danielson, 59.
