Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases March 25-April 7:
James Robert Lindsey, 38, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. He was found guilty.
Dalena Flora Weaselhead, 24, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $500, with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Daniel A. Sherwood, 50, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal. Sherwood also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal.
Jon Paul Siebenaler, 34, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Shamekh Aishamekh, 33, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $450 with $200 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Curtis T. Arvidson, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Marcus Jonathon Simpson, 21, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $500 with $250 and and charged $35 in court costs.
Micah W. Haberkam, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. He was fined $2000 with $1400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. Haberkam also pleaded guilt to seatbelt violation. He was fined $20.
Rosalie Celena Ramirez, 46, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle of without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Ramirez also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Samuel John Heffernan, 20, fined $20; Krystal Ann Wenzlick, 18, fined $20; Debbie Lynn ONeill, 30, fined $55; Joel Reese Bauserman, 39, fined $20; Earl Clifford Proctor Jr., 66, fined $20; Nathaniel James Rogers, 21, fined $105; David Lawrence Bakker Jr., 45, fined $20; Randy William Dugan, 43, fined $70; Johnathon Scott Haller, 18, fined $20; Jeffrey Howard Wilson, 45, fined $55; Dan Donald Cheff, 45, fined $20;
Jacqueline Shaunta McElderry, 36, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized minor to drive. She was fined $500 with $450 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
Wesley Hamann, 41, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. He was found guilty and fined $1500 with $1300 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Restitution was set at $6000. Hamann was also sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.
Danielle Sloan, 45, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 5 days in jail with 5 days in jail credited.
Sherman Robert Ewing, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended
Terri A. Douma, 52, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. She was gound guilty and fined $200 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Joan Marie Poirier, 65, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Skyler M. Dodson, 21, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operating of vehicle without liabilith insurance, second offense. He was fined $600 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Meagan Spencer, 21; Kenneth Roy Phillips, 53; Mark Alan Clary, 50.
Leslie D. Ingram, 63, pleaded guilty to vicious dog control-licensed or unlicensed. She was fined $550 with $350 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 5 days in jail with 5 days suspended.
