MSU students earn high marks
BOZEMAN — Montana State University has announced its undergraduate honor rolls for spring semester 2016. Students with an asterisk earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester and were named to the president’s honor roll. The remaining students were named to the dean’s honor roll, earning grade point averages of 3.5 or above for the semester. Students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours to be on either list. Local students include Alexis Shick of Arlee, Tate Lipscomb and Serena Long of Charlo, Trevor Bras and Geneva Zoltek of Hot Springs, Mackenzie Banner*, Kyrie Bitterman, Anjeli Doty*, Delancey Doty*, Caden Howlett, Abigail Lake*, Elizabeth Leckie, Paul McClurg*, Isak Petersen, Clark Rubel, Riley Sampson, Krysta Seville, Mesa Starkey and Thomas Warner* of Polson; Darian Delaurenti, Joseph Dresen, Jordan Franklin, Dylan Sagmiller and Tyler Sassaman of Ronan; and Adessa Durglo*, Camaleigh Old Coyote and Ryan Evans of St. Ignatius.
Western names dean’s list
DILLON — The University of Montana Western named 488 students to the 2016 spring semester dean’s list. Of those students, six are from Lake County, and include Kaileb Gillingham of Arlee, Reno Lindesmith, Shaelyn Simshaw and Amanda Stobie of Polson; Jamie Lake of Ronan and Dalton Delaney of St. Ignatius. To achieve this honor, students must be enrolled fulltime or for 12 semester credits and carry a minimum 3.33 grade point average.
