Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases June 3-9:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Steven Paul Mccurry, 31, fined $85; Levi D. Walker, 26, fined $85; Leslie Javoroski, Davis, 70, fined $95; Shanna Lee Stack, 33, fined $95; Jimmie Dean Hendrix, 58, fined $70; William Christopher Anderson, 44, fined $85; Richard Joseph Clemow, 62, fined $85; William Michael Hammond, 66, fined $70; Theodore Ries, 64; $95; Kyle Craig Smith, 31, $20; Lindale Ray Koehn, 51, fined $20; Terri Ann Brook, 55, fined $70.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Tammy Lynn Toren, 49; Richard Joseph Clemow, 62; Jerry Lee Tyacke, 48; Lane E. George, 19; John Cunningham Schippers, 54; Joshua Lee Thomas, 41;Joshua Dean Bailey, 19; Bryce J. Wier, 19; Vickie Rose Hitchcock, 58; Gordon Paul Songers, 65; Blake Trevor Ward, 45.
Ashley Rose Cline, 22, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.
Mingzhu He, 27, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely, reasonable and prudent.
Sabastain Andrew Baxter, 18, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.
Bryce J. Wier, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.
Waylon Brodie Paul Jacobs, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
John Cunningham Schippers, 54, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $245 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail. He is allowed to participate in work program.
Marshall A. Moman, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to authorized emergency vehicle, police vehicle. He was fined $50 and charged $5 in court costs.
Morgan Lucille Wallace, 20, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
Trent Nicholas Baker, 46, forfeited a $50 bond for careless driving and was charged $35 in court costs.
Mary Leslie Elizabeth Edwards, 26, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Bonnie Louise Gazy, 30, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Shannon Renal Luikart, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended sentenced of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Manuel Fiueroa, 62, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third and subsequence offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 5 days suspended. Defendant may serve 15 days of house arrest in lieu of jail. To e completed within 90 days.
Philip James Bergt, 59, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Gehrand Jules Bechard, 71, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Stephen Craig Tucker, 62, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
