Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases July 1-7:
Crystal Dawn Goodsell, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Crystal Rose Lawson, 31, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.
Gary Duane Hall, 68, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was fined $50 and $85 in court costs.
George Edward Fryberger, 71, forfeited a $25 fine and $35 in court costs for driver failing to use seatbelt.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Dayton John Scott, 57, fined $20; Jimmy Allen Rider, 45, fined $55; Malgorzata Karolina Podraza, 25, fined $20; Matthew Joseph Eischens, 23, fined $95; Randy Gene Koch, 65, fined $55.
Judy Ann Perrigo, 65, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for violation in a construction zone.
Trevor Adam Wadsworth, 24, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle, which has not been properly registered.
Ryleigh Michelle Finn, 18, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield when entering highway from private road or driveway.
Reese Cameron Bourdon, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 4 days in jail. Bourdon also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Bourdon also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
Becky L. Malatare, 48, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized minor to drive. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Jesse Ike Melton, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180
