Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 6-12:
Jill Mainard, 58, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Clyde John Bosley, 54, pleaded not guilty to privacy in communications, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $85.
Tasheena Renee Mitchell, 25, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael James Lytton, 28, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Iva Jean Siragusa, 44, pleaded guilty to traveling the wrong direction on a one-way street or highway. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Kyler Morgan Rutz, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Per Gosta Norell, 58, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. He received credit for two days served, and seven days were deferred if he wears a SCRAM bracelet for 60 days.
Thomas Goss, 54, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Anna Catherine Stewart, 19, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 74 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $70 plus $35 in court costs.
Mariah M. Duell, 19, pleaded guilty to improper passing. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
