Editor,
Why has no one thought that one reason Russia and China are becoming so aggressive toward us by their island building in disputed areas of the China Sea and the low-altitude passes by Russian planes over our military ships at sea is a direct result of the fact that they have obtained knowledge through their ability to hack into our “secure” e-mails? These e-mails between U.S. government officials state that the U.S. has not done a thing to stop their aggression and intrusion beyond their national boundaries or to curtail their disregard for rules of engagement. The boundaries have been set up not only by the U.S., but have been agreed upon by national alliances for the good of us all.
