Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Oct. 14-Nov. 3:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: James David Carter, 20, fined $120; Christian L. Holbein, 40, fined $95; Jessie James, 24, fined $70; Shawn Tracy Wilson, 50, fined $55; Isaac Peter Wal, 25, fined $20; Arlyn K. Baumgartner, 60, fined $85; Lex Robert Baker, 19, fined $120; Justin Anthony Ludeman, 34, fined $70; Alphonse Dechant, 77, fined $200; Ronald John Delorto, 43, fined $65; Michael Varnel Campbell, 19, fined $70; Aric R. Cooksley, 36, fined $55; Dalas Anthony Smith, 44, fined $70; Wyatt James Murray, 19, fined $70; Wendy Ann Taylor, 41, fined $70; Andrea Nichol Ward, 18, fined $70; Alexandra Noel Dagnoli, 20, fined $20; Joseph S. Sansone II, 49, fined $20; Russell Alan Cleveland, 54, fined $20.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Courtneymarie Mapuana Cecil, 31; Travis Clayton Jensen, 36; Ronald John Delorto, 43; Laura Jean Gardner, 27; John Paul Onigkeit, 58; Maverick William Nelson, 20; Michael Gerald Larsen, 60; Jessica Tolliver, 34; Keith Evan Simkins, 42; Donald E. Eubank, 65.

The following individuals failed to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense: Kevin B. Kenly, 27, fined $285; Joshua Lee Mayne, 26, fined $285.

Edwin Ward Smout Jr., 54, pleaded guilty to license, permit or tag offense, alteration, attachment, loan, transfer license. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Michael Allen West, 24, forfeited a $250 bond and was charged $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. West also fined $20 for seatbelt violation.

Gary Stanton Chalfant, 46, forfeited a $125 fine and $35 in court costs for violation in a work zone.

The following individuals were found guilty of driving on other than right-hand roadway of divided highway and were fined $85: Merlyn C. Snavely, 85; Phyllis G. Geldof, 74.

The following individuals were found guilty of careless driving and forfeited a $50 bond and were charged $35 in court costs: Robert Austin Crumley, 20; Chance Pierre Deneault, 17; Robert Austin Crumley, 20.

Dennis Ray Goodwin, 59, forfeited a $125 bond and was charged $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Daniel Chance Blixt, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $85 in court costs.

Richard Theodore Hunter Jr., 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. Hunter was fined $2000, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

Jeremy John Molt, 45, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Molt also pleaded guilty to following too closely, reasonable and prudent. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Sue Anne Jeffries-Pugh, 40, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Charmaine Curtis, 32, pleaded not guilty to carless driving. She was found guilty and ordered to pay restitution of $211.88 and charged $35 in court costs.

The following individual was found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Robert Michael Kolbusz, 46.

Shelby Nicole Vincent, 21, pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in property damage over $1000 without permission from law enforcement. Vincent was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended. Vincent also pleaded guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

Cherami E. Funke, pleaded not guilty to the amendedcharge of reckless driving, first offense. Funke was fined $350 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Craig James Franks, 30, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. Franks also forfeited a $20 fine for a seatbelt violation.

Wyatt Nathaniel Poppe, 26, forfeited a $200 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial driver’s license.

Xavier Robert Bartel-Matt, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drus, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $500 with $135 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Bartel-Matt also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $500 with $450 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Phillip Edward Reid, 62, forfeited a $125 fine and $35 in court costs for violation in a work zone.
