Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Nov. 4-17:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Leah Fewlass, 51, fined $55; Seth Alan Magoon, 32; Brian Lee Thurow, 26, fined $55; Dakota Beauvais, 19, fined $20; Ali Reza Tabibnejad, 35, fined $120; Cameron M. Tryhus, 27, fined $55; Robert Mark Stotts, 47, fined $20; David Allen Sylvester, 51, fined $20; Valerie Rose Otto, 17, fined $20.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Madison P. Kelly, 19; Cody Glenn Sheridan, 22; Susan T. Evans, 67; Erika Ann Jennison, 28; Faye Patricia Corcoran, 21; Dalton J. Olson-McArdle, 20; Brian Lee Thurow, 26; Charles Dakota Beauvais, 19; Bryan Craig Buys, 31; Kenneth Keith Markins, 76; Rose Otto, 17, fined $20; Monte D. Weimer, 28.

Renee Garcia, 31, was found guilty of speeding on non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph. She was fined $40. Garcia was also found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Lucia Anne Deleon, 29, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulation.

Vijay Paul Uhrich, 36, forfeited a $250 fines and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle – owner or operator – first offense.

Wesley Kim Uhde, 60, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for no CDL for type of vehicle being operated.

Steve Everson, 36, was found guilty of criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. He was fined $300 and charged $85 in court costs.

Curtis Dean Franks, 29, pleaded not guilty to forgery. He was found guilty and fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Andrew Henry Cox, 35, pleaded not guilty to destruction/ tampering of communication device to obstruct/prevent/interfere-criminal offense. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Deborah Jean Craft, 50, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Craft also pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making left turn. She was fined $100 with $50 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Brian Patrick Munly, 41, forfeited a $160 fine and $35 in court costs for violation in a work zone.

David Albert Drake, forfeited a $50 bond and charged $35 in court costs for resident operating with foreign license and registration.

Jose Andres Gonzales, 25, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. She also pleaded guilty of operating with expired registration, failure to register. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Larry Tyler Smith, 28, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.
