Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 20-26:

Terrance C. Berger, 46, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Janeva Lee Albert, 26, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Laurence Joel Touger, 76, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to all vehicles on highway.

Tiffany Evangeline Jore, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $450 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Andrew Tanner Forster, 27, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces. Forester also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Thaddeus J. Tyson, 32, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Lavaughn Stephen Helsley, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Lennie Olivia Webster, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Katelyn Leigh McGilvary, 22, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.

Zachery Adam Martin, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended, credited with 1 day.

Joseph D. Blunt, 23, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Stephanie Leeann Coggle, 41, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Derek Andrew Bell, 45, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $500, with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Austin James Stock, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license, he has never possessed. He was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Stock also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Michael Alan Kulten, 47, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to display payment of current GVW fees.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Lorance Brent Kerns, 62, fined $55; Rhonda L. Bledsoe, 49, fined $85.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Marissa Nichole Smith, 24; Eric Matthew Grandon, 29; Christopher Burwell Chavasse, 71.
