Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Feb. 17-23:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Destinee Lynn Verwold, 20, fined $85; John Carl Luce, 34, fined $85; Stefan Werner Zwahlen, 44, fined $65; Vincent Thomas Digiallonardo, 24, fined $85.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Justin Crandall, 47; Letitia Annette Starkel, 29.
Brandon Elwood Gainan, 40, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Gainan also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.
Robert Francis Erickson, 61, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
Brandon James Ramsey, 31, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and was fined $200 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended (jail is deferred for 6 months as per plea agreement).
Cote Remi Wheeler, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Miranda Lee Williamson, 18, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to register O/S MV when used for hire or person gainfully employed in Montana.
Catherine L. Maher, 67, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Ryan Thomas Little, 56, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 53’ maximum semi-trailer length.
Jeffrey Lee Boil, 56, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for HFTWL, fishing without a license as established by law or department.
Thomas F. Wright, 34, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Wright also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $560 with $300 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Charles Joseph Gariepy, 56, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal.
Triston Lee Martin, 18, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.
Nita Michelle Mc- Loughlin, 21, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
McLoughlin also pleaded guilt to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $510 with $250 suspended and charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Dylan Gainan, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $450 with $300 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.
Nathaniel James Rogers, 22, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $250 with $150 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.
Scott Gregory Hilderman, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Dominick A. Buccelli, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of issuing a bad check. He was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Kyndra Lynn Russell, 27, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
Dominick A. Buccelli, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 172 days suspended.
Jerry Dale Baxter, 69, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for changing lanes when unsafe to do so.
Kandice Michelle Repnak, 33, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to obey requirements of yield sign.
Jerimy Shane Molzhon, 46, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Ronald Richard Marx, 67, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for changing lanes when unsafe to do so. Marx also forfeited a $260 bond and $25 in court cots for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1000, first offense.
Barry Zamzow, 58, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Caleb Benjamin Feiler, 24, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Feiler also forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Savahanna Lee Rodriguez, 20, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Daniel Clayton Schiel, 33, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Terrance C. Hudson, 66, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Taylor Olivia Linrude, 24, pleaded guilt to careless driving. She was fined $100 with $50 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
Vladimir Yakovlevich Chinikailo, 29, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
