POLSON — William “Bill” Eggebrecht, 69, of Ronan, passed away in the early hours of Sunday, June 25, 2017, at the Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Bill was born in Wolf Point, Montana, on Feb. 6, 1948, to Walter and Eva Eggebrecht.
Bill is survived by his two children, Billy Eggebrecht and Rita Bissegger and his grandchildren, Noah Eggebrecht and Savannah Bissegger as well as his siblings, Johnny Eggebrecht, Jimmy Eggebrecht and Mary Snyder.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and the mother of his children, Rosie Snyder Eggebrecht.
Bill loved carpentry, fishing and hunting and his little dog “Hoochi” that went with him everywhere. Bill was a rancher and mechanic for most of his life and was never without work. He ranched throughout the valley as well as in Wisdom, Avon, Superior and Darby.
