Members of the Montecahto Club are thanking everyone for a very successful cherry pie and turnover fundraiser at this year’s Cherry Festival in Polson.
Special thanks go to: club member Lise Rouseau/Silva and her Fat Robin Orchard for the delicious Flathead Cherries that went into our pies and turnovers; Lake City Bakery for the use of their wonderful ovens; and the VFW for the use of their refrigerators before and during the Cherry Festival.
I want to especially thank all those who purchased our pies and turnovers and gave such wonderful feedback. Hearing your glowing reviews made all the hard work worthwhile.
The non-profit Montecahto Club welcomes newcomers. The club offers an annual scholarship to a Polson HighSchool student, sends packages to the troops, volunteers at Polson’s Soup’s On, and more. For more information, please contact me at 250-3189.
