Ronan announces 2017 ‘Child Find’
RONAN — We are conducting our annual Child Find free screening on Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the K. Wm. Harvey Elementary School. Children, age birth to 5-years old, who currently reside in the Ronan-Pablo School District, will be screened for delays in speech, language, motor skills, and social or basic school readiness skills. Please make an appointment by calling 406-676-3390 ext. 7450. Appointments are required. Walk-ins will be subject to availability or scheduled for a later date.
New STARS preschools in Ronan, Pablo
RONAN/PABLO — We are pleased to announce that we will offer a nearly full-day preschool at both K. William Harvey in Ronan and Pablo Elementary in Pablo for the 2017-18 school year. Enrollment will open on Aug. 23, with classes beginning on Sept. 19. The STARS Preschool is sponsored by the State of Montana and meets the Early Learning Standards of Montana. Students must be 4 years old by Sept. 10, 2017, enrollment is limited to 18 students in each class and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students that meet the guidelines for free and reduced lunch are encouraged to apply. Please stop in at either school and pick up an application or call 406-676-3390 ext. 7700 for Pablo and ext. 7300 for Ronan. Enrollment forms are also available online at: https://www.ronank12.edu. Students must reside in the Ronan School District attendance area. Busing will be provided and each student will be given breakfast and lunch at no cost. Preschool will follow the Ronan School District No. 30 calendar and will start at the same time as the main building and end between 2-2:30 p.m. Times may be adjusted to accommodate busing.
