Ninepipe Arts Group (NAG) has brought Montana Shakespeare in The Parks to Palmer Park north of Charlo for about 20 years.
This year we also brought SIP to Good Old Days park in St. Ignatius. This means we paid the $1400 fee both nights to bring it free to the public, and made arrangements for Allentown to sell a picnic supper and beverages.
NAG sold desserts and ice cream. We rented PortaPotties. The two events had a combined audience of almost 400 people of all ages.
Thanks to Skip and Sue Palmer for the beautiful Palmer Park. Thanks to Stuart Morton and The Old Town Development for the use of Good Old Days Park.
Thanks to the people who enjoy the plays and come back year after year. Thanks to Montana Shakespeare in the Parks for bringing the plays to our community.
