News from Arlee CDC

“What Do I Do With This Idea ... .” A business resources event sponsored by Arlee CDC in partnership with Lake County Community Development Corporation (LCCDC) will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Hangin’ Art Gallery, located on U.S. Highway 93 in downtown Arlee.

Do you have an idea that you think would be a great business opportunity? Not sure what it would take to get it started? Or are you a business owner with an idea for a way to grow your business, or solve a business problem? Are you a local grower or someone thinking of starting a food product business and you have an idea – or some ideas – you want to pursue?

This gathering is a perfect opportunity for you to learn about the resources available to local businesses and entrepreneurs through the LCCDC Business Development Center and Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center.

Brandon S. Smith, a leader and innovator in business, will kick off the event.  Currently, he is the owner and co-founder of RoboGnosis LLC and has worked in industries as varied as technology, entertainment and defense with a hefty dose of college level instruction.

LCCDC staff will be available to answer any questions you have about business services available to you. LCCDC has provided many services to the Arlee community over the years. The Arlee CDC is grateful to them for ongoing assistance and the opportunity to offer this program for businesses and entrepreneurs, which was a priority identified at our community visioning meeting in March 2017.

This is a free event open to everyone in the community. Cold drinks and dessert will be provided. The building is ADA accessible. For more information, contact Donna at 406-370-3358 or donnam@blackfoot.net.
