Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 15-Oct. 19:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jose Manuel Gonzalez, 35, fined $20; Maria Barbara Bisaga, 22, fined $65; Stephanie Alayne Sarvana, 37, fined $55; Maximillian Murray Nash, 46, fined $55; Jeremy Stephen Hambey, 23, fined $70; Samuel Rubin Leyba, 24, fined $85; Kody Richard McDonald, 27, fined $65; Cindy Lynn Moulton, 41, fined $20; Michael Scott Noe, 26, fined $70; Jeffrey John Barilla, 35, fined $85; Jewel Elyse Gamma, 32, fined $20; Zakary Ryan Karlin, 18, fined $70; Andrea Herman Edge, 64, fined $55; Michelle Anne Rigler, 47, fined $55; Brock Charles Linderman, 21, fined $20; Amanda Micheal Morency, 19, fined $20; Raymond Paul Smith, 47, fined $55.

Zachery Verne Bates, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater-first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, and and his driver’s license suspended for 6 months.

Patrick Wayne Hadley, 33, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Jose Manuel Gonzalez, 35, pleaded not guilty to speeding on non-interstate- exceeding day limit of 70 mph. He was fined $20. Gonzalez also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (less than 60 grams) – first offense.

Kasey Allen Pier, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 5 days in jail with 5 days credited. Pier also pleaded not guilty to speeding and was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs. Pier also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator-second offense. He was fined $210, charged $25 in court costs and was sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days credited. Pier also pleaded not guilty to stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Pier also pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $110 and charged $25 in court costs. Pier also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $210 and charged $25 in court costs. He was sentenced to jail for 2 days and credited for 2 days. Pier also pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member – first offense. He was fined $1000, with $750 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 135 days suspended.

Jennifer Lee Rolfsness, 50, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Wade Martin Ingle, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Nathan Wayne Burkhart, 42, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and charged $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

James Lee Hoskinson, 25, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $620 with $400 suspended and was charged $75 in court costs. Hoskinson also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $620 with $400 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

Roy Lee Sinclair, 70, pleaded guilty to ROW violation – failure to yield to vehicle on through highway. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Brenda Ann Longnecker, 36, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months.

Kaleb James Taylor, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. He was fined $200 and charged $85 in court costs. Taylor also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Joseph J. Butterhof, 55, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving – first offense. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Austin J. Fugleberg, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court fees.

Dillon Michal Stiles, 26, pleaded guilty to stop sign violation. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Jeremy D. Richwine, 42, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $600 and charged $85 in court costs.

Dillon Michael Stiles, 26, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense.

Pablo Raul Mesa Martinez, 24, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court charges for 395.8E False Log.

Dannee-Lee Darcy Barr, 44, pleaded guilty to following too closely – reasonable and prudent. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Henry Herb, 29, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for HFTWL – Fishing without a license as established by law or department.

Stefani Sofia Joel Rasmussen, 26, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs, ordered to pay $135 in restitution, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Rasmussen also pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. She was found guilty and fined $1450 with $1450 suspended, ordered to pay $135 in restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jared Anthony Ondaro, 45, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 with $75 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Clement Junior Casablanca, 53, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, third offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and credit given for 1 day.

Joshua Allen Kinzle, 18, pleaded guilty to failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Kyle Raymond Druyvestein, 17, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Chance Michael Wade, 21, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Wade also pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000 – first offense. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs. Wade also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of accident resulting in property damage over $1000 without permission from law enforcement. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs.

Michael Sean Crockett, 34, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for driving on closed road/trail on state land.

Robert Henry Rahn, 83, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
