Joshua Normandeau
POLSON — Joshua LeRoy (Lobdell) Normandeau was born May 29,1985, in Polson. He passed away Oct. 12, 2017, at Kalispell Regional Hospital from complications due to Huntington’s Chorea with family by his side.
Joshua loved hiking, fishing, his “walk abouts” and anything to do with the outdoors. He greatly enjoyed his nieces, nephews, and family gatherings where there was a lot of laughter and joking. Throughout the years, Joshua established lasting bonds with his caregivers. Joshua had a very large family that loved him and they will all miss him fiercely.
Joshua is survived by his parents, Rose Tomasik and Steve Normandeau (birth father Steven Lobdell); brother, Eric Tomasik and wife, Julie; sister, Carol Wegner and husband, Neal; brother, Rob Hayes; brother, Brice Normandeau and wife, Tabitha; brother, Jack Normandeau; sister, Fontella Webster and husband, Frank; sister, Victoria Ann (Lobdell) Normandeau; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his birth mother, Catherine Lobdell; sister, Melisa Olivia (Lobdell) Normandeau; grandmother, Rosemary “Bun” Leaverton; grandfather, Louis Normandeau; uncle, Lee Miller and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.The family would like to give special thanks to St. Luke Hospital and his caregivers at Mission Mountain Enterprise and sincere appreciation to the ambulance crews and staff at Kalispell Regional Hospital.
