News from CSKT Natural Resources
The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) Natural Resources Department recently announced the update of an Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) website. The website address is www.csktnomussels.org

The www.csktnomussels.org website is designed to provide updated news and information from the CSKT Natural Resources Department and the AIS Technical Team in an easily searchable format.
The CSKT began extensive public education and rulemaking to prevent the spread of invasive Quagga and Zebra mussels into the Flathead Basin in 2016.
The website includes 2018 CSKT Regulations for Watercraft on the Flathead Indian Reservation. The website also includes information on prevention of the spread of AIS.
There are downloadable brochures, a Factsheet and news releases in the latest news and resources section of the website menu. The website will be updated as new information comes available and is distributed to local media.
