As it gets cooler and the lake temperature goes down and Mother Nature is slowly closing the lake, it’s the fall time of year again. Look at the fall leaves floating by the shore and you know it’s time to “make a change.” Get out to the “pools and float” as they say in early November. Come on up to Mission Valley Aquatics and see what we have to offer.
Water temperature in the big pool is at 83 degrees, and the therapy pool is 93. These temperatures are held all year long consistently for your workout or plain healthy relaxing.
MVA, as it is known, would like you to come up, and visit us, and if you like, have a tour by one of the staff.
It’s a healthy place to be and learn. If you need a tune-up on your swimming or workout, talk to our Lake Monster’s Coach Shayna to set up a lesson. All of our pricing is set to be affordable for our patrons.
Some of us just can’t jog, bike, run or lift weights, but we all can gain exercise at our facility. Work out and see how it will help you in the long run.
