ARLEE – Senior Lane Schall will have a new home next football season following a distinguished career at Arlee High School in the football and basketball programs. On Tuesday, Feb. 12, he signed his National Letter of Intent with the Minot State University Beavers at the old Arlee gym in front of family, friends and coaches.
He will head to Minot as an outside linebacker.
Schall acknowledged that there were a couple of schools he was looking at. “Minot really stuck out to me,” he said. He added that he received a warm welcome and sense of community from the college. He hasn’t settled on his major yet but is very interested in being a chiropractor or studying business marketing.
