Marvin DeLack Sr.
HELENA — Marvin Clifford DeLack Sr. went to be with his wife Carol on Nov. 4, 2019. He was born March 28, 1934, in Missoula to Melvin and Elsie DeLack. He graduated from Arlee High School on May 20, 1953 and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, Washington. There he met the love of his life, Carol Boles. They were wed on Aug. 17, 1957. Marvin and Carol had three boys: Marvin Jr., Dale, and Michael.
Marvin had many careers throughout his life including law enforcement and interstate truck driving. Marvin loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Marvin is survived by his three boys and their wives; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; who will miss him very much.
There will be a celebration of his life next spring and all of his family and friends will be notified of the specifics for the date, place and time.
