LAKE COUNTY - A third Lake County case of COVID-19 was identified on Sunday, March 29. The person is a woman, age unknown at this time. She is the spouse of the first case in the county. She has been quarantined since her husband was diagnosed, and she remains in isolation. An investigation is underway for further details.
Lake County's first confirmed case was announced Thursday night as a male in his 60's. He has been in self-quarantine at home since learning he had been in close contact with a confirmed out-of-county case. The man has not been out in public since his contact with the confirmed case and appeared to be a low threat of exposure to the community.
