Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Feb. 11-17:

Jimmy G. Graham, 53, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $100 with $50 suspended, and charged $85 in court costs.

Reid William Thompson, 28, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. The court’s disposition was no contest, and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended. Thompson was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Thompson also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. The court’s disposition was no contest, and Thompson was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $500 with $350 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs.

Martha Irene Esquivel, 44, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, fined $500 with $250 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs. Esquivel also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $500 with $350 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs.

Jordan D. McMannis, 20, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with all suspended. McMannis was also fined $500 with $250 suspended, plus $35 in court costs.

Dolly Marie Evans, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Evans was also fined $500 with $250 suspended, and $35 in court costs. Additionally, Evans pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $500 with $250 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs.

Elvis Louis Hilliard, 54, pleaded not guilty to an amended sentence of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. The court’s disposition was no contest, and Hilliard was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was also fined $1,000 with $600 suspended, and charged $85 in court costs.


Arthur Richard Mendoza, Jr., 34, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense. He was found guilty, fined $500 with $150 suspended plus $35 in court costs.

Cole Thomas Meeks, 19, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC or greater while less than 21 years of age, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $100 suspended plus $35 in court costs.

Roxanne Michelle Riddle, 28, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $465 with $350 suspended, plus $70 in court costs.

Jessica Kristine Rott, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass of property. She was found guilty and fined $415 with $400 suspended, plus $85 in court costs. Rott also pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200 with $100 suspended, plus $85 in court costs.

Clemie Jolene Martin, 45, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Martin also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $500 with $150 suspended. She was also charged $35 in court costs. Martin additionally pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, expired nine months. She was found guilty and fined $465 with $400 suspended, and $35 in court costs.

Anthony Michael Rosalles, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $400 with $150 suspended. Rosalles was also charged $420 in court costs.

Sage Burland, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, second offense. He was fined $200 with $100 suspended and $85 in court costs.

Hunter K. Charles, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 with $100 suspended, plus $85 in court costs.
