News from the North Lake County Public Library
POLSON — The North Lake County Public Library is pleased to conduct a supply drive to support the Mission Valley Animal Shelter. They can use: pet food, dog toys, cat trees, cat toys, swimming pools for dogs and milk replacement for kittens and puppies. Thank you for your help and support. We will collect items through Aug. 5.
The library offers curbside service for holds pickup during all business hours. Stay in the comfort of your air conditioned vehicle and keep kids and pets safe. We are happy to bring your items to your vehicle. Just call the library at 406-883-8225 and give us the last five digits of your library card number and a description of your vehicle. Pop your trunk and we’ll place your items for you for a contactless experience. If you are sick, have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID, you have tested positive for COVID, or you are in quarantine - please do not enter the building. Call for curbside pickup.
Did you know that the library lends life jackets? There are four sizes available: infant/toddler (less than 30 pounds), child (30-50 pounds), youth (50–90) pounds, and adult (greater than 90 pounds). The library has three of each size. All you need to borrow a life jacket is your library card and the commitment to return the life jacket in good, dry condition. An adult over the age of 18 must sign the accompanying liability form. For more information, call the library at 406-883-8225.
