Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Sept. 21-27:

Dustin J. Clark, 32, pleaded no contest to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $365 plus $35 in court costs. 

Christopher Lawrence Curry, 41, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. 

Evan Andrew Heissman, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Derek Luciusglenn Smith, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. 

Lance Richard Wright, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. In a no-contest decision, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. 

Wendy Jo Merritt, 36, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fiend $350 plus $35 in court costs. 

Trisha Ann Spidel, 36, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. She was fined $50 plus $85 in court costs. 

Janis Kay Richter, 35, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. She was fined $50 plus $85 in court costs. 

Del Wayne Placid, 28, pleaded no contest to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. 

Andrew R. Wickman, 25, pleaded no contest to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. 

Sheldon Ashley, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. 

James Nicholas Corcoran, 81, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, all suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Corcoran also pleaded no contest to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to two days in jail, both suspended, and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Jesse James Stine, 32, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
