Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Sept. 28-Oct. 4:

Michael Barth Lyons, 33, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. In a plea agreement, he was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. 

John Preston Colby, 51, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He received a deferred sentence and was fined $15 plus $85 in court costs. 

Scott D. Fullagar, 52, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of negligent endangerment (substantial risk – death/serious bodily injury). He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. 

Mabyle Joan Avery, 79, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Jacob Michael Mitchell, 32, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $35 plus $85 in court costs. 

Carlissa Marlene Groom, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. She was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs. Groom also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was found guilty and fined $35 plus $85 in court costs. 

Thomas Jay Nelson, 20, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Jakob Birdsley, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs. 

Brian Edward Kahler, 35, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding.
