Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Oct. 12-18:
Richard Bruce Morgan, 63, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 351 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. In a separate case, Morgan pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $915, $515 suspended, plus $85 in court costs.
Benjamin John Clement-Mulberger, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Dalton Michael Whitehead, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Davina Shareen Deshaw, 42, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.
James Phillip Darsow, 17, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 82 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Colton J. Hermosillo, 21, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was found guilty and fined $20 plus $35 in court costs. Hermosillo also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs (marijuana, 60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Matthew Daniel Lanswer, 24, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to three days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Daniel Chance Blixt, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Floyd James Ployhar, 48, forfeited an $85 bond for speeding.
Terise Mumford, 58, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Jeremy Richard Hafer, 35, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for a stop sign violation.
Tiffany Marie McCrea, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation and a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.
James Buchholz, 66, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.
Spencer Ross Herron, 22, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper approach when making left turn.
Jeffrey Morris Fleming, 50, forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Aimee Jean Gustafson, 32, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Brenda J. Richey, 37, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for careless driving. Richey also forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
William Henry Bartlett, 63, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for careless driving and a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Dustin Tyrone Boggs, 26, forfeited a $35 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
