Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Oct. 19-25:
Jeffrey James Cates-Weaselhead, 30, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty.
Jessica Richelle Groves, 21, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Megan Beth Hansen, 27, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Erica Virginia Lasell, 27, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Lasell also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Lasell also pleaded guilty to failure to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. She was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Elise M. Stelling, 16, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed. She was found guilty and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Stelling also pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Cameron Ryan Lytle, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Zachary W. Stephens, 23, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Stephens also pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Jail time must be served by Dec. 1.
Keisha Marie Gurnsey, 34, forfeited a $150 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Rebecca A. Milasevich, 27, pleaded guilty to insufficient personal flotation devices. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Milasevich also pleaded guilty to failure to comply with Title 61 motor vehicle codes/DL and plates. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Kenneth Allen Topliff, 50, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 77 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Michael Richard Ward, 59, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failing to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making a left turn.
Carla P. McAllister, 45, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Joann Gin Yonkin, 17, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $20. Yonkin also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Yonkin also pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation. She was found guilty and fined $20.
Derek Lee Davis, 29, pleaded guilty to failure to yield to vehicle on through highway. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Davis also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Scotty Ordell Vaughan Jr., 21, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Kelly Jo Toren, 47, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Kelsy J. Walker, 21, pleaded guilty to unlawful transactions with children, first violation. She was found guilty and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.
Lance Robert Foust, 27, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 65 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
Amber Maddalena, 19, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Kevin James Rohletter, 32, forfeited a $25 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
