Judge Diane Barz, temporary Justice of the Peace, dealt with the following cases Aug. 10-16:
Joeen Arissa Austin, 50, pleaded guilty to failing to obey the requirements of a yield sign. She was found guilty and fined $85 plus $35 in court costs.
Gregory C. Jarriel, 51, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Janice Kahm, 58, pleaded guilty to following too closely. She was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Jason Earl Gohl, 26, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Aaron Lee Tillman, 32, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Emma E. Roberts, 87, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Kenneth R. Park, 45, pleaded guilty to parking in prohibited spaces. He was found guilty and fined $50.
