I recently took my car in to Mission Valley Auto for an oil change. We bought my Suburban from them, and I trust them to maintain it. I mentioned a problem with my car, and Phil proceeded to check it out. He did some research and found a problem and that it was a manufacturer’s error, and although they are no longer a Chevy dealer, he went out of his way to help me.

He contacted Chevy and got all the paperwork done for me, all I had to do was make one phone call and pick a time to have it fixed. Roland called me the following week to make sure I was taken care of.

I have always been impressed with the whole crew at Mission Valley Auto when they were a Chevy dealer, and am even more so now. No matter what kind of car I have in the future, I will always trust them to take care of me and my vehicle.
