Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Nov. 9-15:
Tiffany Rose Wilson, 24, pleaded not guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to seven days in jail. She received credit for seven days served.
Harry C. Fritsch, 62, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended. Jail time must be served by Feb. 1. Fritsch also pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Christina M. Partida, 30, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Daniel P. Martynowicz, 22, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 65 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
Maiya Lee St. Pierre, 23, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $20 plus $35 in court costs. Pierre also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, three suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Jail time must be served by Jan. 1.
Samuel E. Witter, 32, pleaded not guilty to violating a vicious dog control ordinance. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Eugene Chase Clairmont, 21, forfeited a $70 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 63 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone. Clairmont also forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating vehicle with obscured/tinted rear lights.
Donald E. Widner, 50, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
