News from Riverside Contracting, Inc.

LAKE COUNTY - The Lake County Commission has approved the start-up schedule for a major reconstruction project beginning April 1, 2025. The construction includes full rehabilitation/paving on three (3) major county roads including the entire length of Dublin Gulch Road from its intersection at Hwy. 93 to Hwy. 212, the first 1.3 miles of Lower Moiese Valley Road, and the length of North Reservoir Road, which will include a parallel four-foot-wide bike/pedestrian path with separate bridge at the west end at Back Road. The project is scheduled to begin the first of April and be essentially completed by Dec. 1 of this year. With several culverts needing replacement along both Dublin Gulch and Moiese Valley Roads, Project Contractor, Riverside Construction, will initially focus their efforts on those replacements. Understanding that these are major thoroughfares for both businesses and residents; and that in several places there may be brief interference with traffic and or water delivery, the Contractor will place regularly scheduled updates on the County’s website and Facebook page (www.lake.mt.gov).

Additionally, the County is holding a public information meeting on Wednesday, March 26, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ronan Community Center at the Ronan Fairgrounds at 300 Third Ave. NW in Ronan. At the meeting, both the planned reconstruction activities and project’s estimated schedules and traffic controls will be discussed. All those who may be potentially affected by the project are encouraged to attend.

Additional information may be obtained by calling Dustin Hover, WGM Group-Project Engineer/Project Manager 406-728-4611.
