KALISPELL - Flathead Valley Community College’s Art Department invites the community to celebrate student creativity through four unique art events. Hosted in the Arts and Technology Building on campus in Kalispell, these events highlight the talent and hard work of FVCC’s student artists. All events are free and open to the public.
Wearable Arts: On display through Friday, April 25
Visit the spotlight showcase of wearable arts featuring jewelry and metalworks by graduating FVCC Goldsmithing & 3D Jewelry Design students Calie Storm, Kayden Greene, Emma Schlotfeldt and Noah Chamberlain.
Student Photography Exhibit: On display through Friday, April 25
Come see FVCC photography student Elizabeth Snell Sheldon’s exhibit, “Beauty Through the Lens,” featuring vibrant cultures, breathtaking landscapes and extraordinary animals that share this world with us.
Student Art Show Opening: Tuesday, May 6 | 4-6 p.m.
Join us for the annual spring semester student art show featuring paintings, drawings, ceramics, photography, graphic design and more. Rachel (Rusti) Warner will be guest juror for the exhibit.
Mother’s Day Sale: Monday, May 5-Wednesday, May 7 - 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
FVCC’s Art Club presents its annual Mother’s Day Sale, featuring handcrafted works in ceramics, jewelry, and a variety of other mediums.
