News from Shore to Shore Communications, Inc.

POLSON — Kraus-Anderson (KA) has begun construction on the 400 Horses Casino, formerly West Polson Casino, a new gaming facility north of Polson. The casino will be built on tribal land by S&K Gaming (Salish and Kootenai).

Designed by LSE Architects, the project features a 34,227-square-foot, family-friendly casino with 300 gaming machines and a space for future expansion. The casino will include a restaurant and 400 parking spaces.

Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026.

For over 40 years, KA has partnered with Native American communities to build gaming, resort and hospitality destinations; as well as community resources including schools, healthcare facilities, supportive housing, service and community centers. KA has worked with more than 45 Native American tribes on hundreds of projects, spanning almost six million square feet and $1.3 billion.
