Ronald Coulter
POLSON — Ronald Duane Coulter, 81, of Polson, Montana, passed away on Feb. 27, 2026.
Ron was born on May 25, 1944, to Cliff and Vera Coulter.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from Aug. 1963 to July 1967.
His time in the service was a meaningful chapter in his life and one he carried with pride.
In June of 1968, he married the love of his life, Judy Mills. Together they built a life centered on family, hard work, and devotion.
Ron worked for Polson Ready Mix for 31 years, retiring in 2006. He was known for his strong work ethic and dedication throughout his career.
An avid outdoorsman, Ron loved to hunt and fish. Some of his happiest times were spent outdoors, enjoying Montana’s beauty and sharing those experiences with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Coulter; his son, Jim Coulter and wife Emily; his daughter, Jade Atkinson; his brother, Rae Coulter; his sister, Carol Nerison; and his cherished grandchildren, Chance, Cody, Mitchell, Sydney, Cash, and Erin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Vera Coulter.
Ron will be remembered for his steady strength, his deep love for his family, and the quiet dedication with which he lived his life. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
