Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Nov. 30-Dec. 6:
Jeramy Dale Combs, 29, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Barret Baker Sargent, 18, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .02 percent blood alcohol content under the age of 21, first offense.
He was found guilty and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
Ryan William Randles, 31, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 360 days in jail with 346 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Randles also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Tina Marie Davis, 43, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Laurence Ray Mikesell, 72, forfeited a $225 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles, bridge formula.
Wade William Noyes, 36, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. In addition, Noyes was found guilty of failing to notify owner after accident, resulting in damage to property or fixtures along the highway. Noyes was sentenced to five days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
William Dean Pedersen, 39, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Tracy Corbett Gragg, 39, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate in excess of 70 mph. Gragg was cited for driving 80 mph in a posted 79 mph zone.
Caitlyn Marie Brigham-Sias, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Matthew Lee Duncan, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding in excess of 70 mph. Duncan was cited for driving 79 mph in a posted 70 mph zone.
Ralph Carlisle McCoy IV, 45, was found guilty of partner of family member assault, first offense. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 356 suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Gregory S. Fryberger, 54, forfeited a $50 bond for operating a vehicle that had not been properly registered. Fryberger was also charged $35 in court costs.
Alfred Barlow Salway, 80, forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired registration, failure to re-register. Salway was also charged $35 in court costs.
